Administrative / Biographical History

Henry Francis Prevost Battersby (1862-1949), poet and novelist, was war correspondent for the Morning post at various times between 1899 and 1916, and was special correspondent with the Prince of Wales in India, 1905-1906.

Open for consultation by holders of a Reader's Ticket valid for the Manuscripts Reading Room.
