Scope and Content

Miscellaneous items collected by Pembrokeshire Record Office, [13th century]-2004, including photographs, deeds and documents, prints, legal copies, journals, theatre programmes, plans, papers relating to churches and chapel, to farming, correspondence, bank notes and cheques, postcards, newspaper cuttings, various topics, engravings, Ordnance Survey maps, and Pembrokeshire family papers, drafts of books, and transcripts of Pembrokeshire parish registers.

Administrative / Biographical History

Pembrokeshire Record Office has accumulated a collection of miscellaneous materials relating to the county, both primary and printed material, including photographs, deeds and documents, prints, legal copies, journals, theatre programmes, plans, papers relating to churches and chapel, to farming, correspondence, bank notes and cheques, postcards, newspaper cuttings, engravings, Ordnance Survey maps, and Pembrokeshire family papers.

Access Information

Restricted access. Access is restricted for entries containing information less than 80 years old. Additional restrictions to some items: HDX/159, sealed box of correspondence, is restricted for 100 years; HDX/1124/31, depositor's permission required; HDX/933, access restricted; HDX/1453, HDX/1492, HDX/1502/1, depositor's permission required; and HDX/1613/1, researchers must apply in advance to Mr Howells.
