The letter regards an informal paper of questions that will be followed by a formal paper of them, Mylue says that when returning them it is as well to send a baptismal certificate. Mylue states that Mrs Merison has sent full particulars. Mylue then states that it would be "well if not only babies but soliders could "look into infinity" instead of spending their time in killing each other" but that he/she is glad of the Russian victory [allowing them to take control of the Black Sea] but that there ought to be an arbitratior "between disputing & ill assorted nations", against which Miss Hughes has written "How well put".
