Charles Edward Winterbourne (1877-1937) was a Gunner, Royal Garrison Artillery, 1902-1908, serving in the Boer War, and Bombardier, Royal Garrison Artillery, attached 378 Siege Battery, 17 Mountain Battery, 1916-1919, serving in Egypt/Palestine.
