Two ms student notebooks, compiled by Pamela Daymond, relating to the tests that she undertook during her time as a midwifery student at the Simpson Memorial Maternity Pavilion at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh (13 March 1958-20 February 1959), including essays on a midwives duties and responsibilities during labour, possible complications experienced in the course of labour and the treatment of persistent vomiting during pregnancy, with annotations by are supervisor.
