Case registers of various midwives from Glamorgan in Wales

Scope and Content

This collection comprises ms case registers of midwives and maternity nurses who practiced under the jurisdiction of Glamorgan County Council in Wales (1911-1939), together with completed application forms and letters, relating to their applications for compensation for loss of emoluments following the Midwives Act of 1936.
