Two typescript editions of 'The Midwives' Handbook' issued by the Public Health Department of London County Council (1959 edition and 1965 edition), covering guidelines on the domiciliary midwifery service, liaison with other services, clinical and routine procedures, equipment, and addresses and telephone numbers, and including dietary advice for pregnant women and care of premature babies.
