4 class registers of the Welsh Department of the University College of Wales Swansea, 1921 - 1954. Also, a file of letters relating to the Social and Community Work Course of 1979.

Administrative / Biographical History

The University College of Wales Swansea is now known as the University of Wales Swansea. The College received its charter on 21 January 1920. In 1921, Henry Lewis became Professor of Welsh Language and Literature.
