Charged with opening his premises for the sale of alcohol to non bona fide travellers or lodgers at a time when the premises were required to be closed. (This was a second offence).

Verdict: Guilty. Fined £2 and also to pay H. D. Williams, the Informant £1 8s. 6d. in costs. In default of the payment: 1 calendar month imprisonment.
