Charged with being the owner of the properties Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 9 Quarry Street, Mount Pleasant, Conway and allowing them to be in a state injurious to health and unfit for human habitation, contrary to the Public Health Act, 1875.

Verdict: Guilty. Fined 9s 6d. in costs. The premises are not to be used for human habitation until the judgement of the Court permits.
