(2) Evan Williams of Gyffin, Conway, a Stonemason.
(1) and (2) Charged with being on land in search of game with a net and pegs. Police Constable David Williams suspected that the Defendants should be searched and found the net etc.
(1) and (2) Verdict: Guilty. Fined 10s. and to pay 6s. 6d. in costs to the Informant, David Williams. In default of the payment: 14 days hard labour.
The net and pegs were ordered to be destroyed and the amount of the penalty be paid to the Treasurer of the County.
