Brand’s further order came too late to send with the terrace plants; she will send them on this week; she is unable to supply double white arabis, Magnolia stellata, ivy caenwood [caenwoodiana] and Skimmia japonica oblata; she responds to Brand’s questions relating to her numbering of iris varieties and colours; she has sold most of the summer’s supply of pot pourri and may only be able to send Brand a ‘small sample as a seasonable offering’.
