Richard Lanncyng, Minister of the Church
of Motynden, Diocese of Canterbury, and
Provincial of the Trinitarian Order,
states that the town of Oxford is owed a
rent of 13s 4d from the Chapel of Holy
Trinity and its lands in the town, which
are on a 99 year lease. If the rent is
unpaid, Edward Wodward, Mayor of Oxford,
may distrain the Chapel and its lands.
The Chapel had been returned to Lanncyng
for a unspecified sum.
Summarised in Salter p.257.
