Reason : Campaign for Common Sense on Abortion was launched on 19 Nov 1973 at a Press Conference by Birth Control Campaign. 142 individuals and 15 organisations, including Women in Media, signed its manifesto. Pamela Anderson of the Fawcett Society, was its campaign co-ordinator
