Lease for 99 years and lives of Daniel Morris, Katherine, his wife, and Daniel Morris, his son, from 11 Oct 1699, for surrender of 2 former leases and £10, yearly rent £3 6s 8d, couple of geese and couple of capons yearly, (i) Thomas Mansell of Britton Ferry, esq[uir]e, to (ii) Daniel Morris of Glyn Castle, parish of Lantwitt Juxta Neath, gentl[eman]. Messuages and tenements of land called Glyn Castle, Lletty Poath and Gover day, with 4 acres of waste ground adjoining called bryn y fedwen, in lordship of Resolven and parish of Lantwitt, with liberty of fishing in River Neath. Endorsed: memorandum that (i) leases to (ii) field called Kaer ithin, in manor of Resolven, now in tenure of Thomas Rees, for 99 years, yearly rent 30s, 11 Dec 1700. Endorsed: memorandum that before the Ensealeing and Delivery of lease (i) granted (ii) space of 5 years for naming 3rd life to be inserted in it. Endorsed: memorandum that Daniell Morris, son of Daniell Morris, was inserted in lease according to endorsement above, 23 Aug 1704
