Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter enquiring about the American Boston Investigator. Owen tells Rigby that he had had an article in the Daily Telegraph. Owen encloses a letter that he wants Rigby to anonymously send to The Times in answer to their question What is a Child?. Owen says that if they knew he had written it they wouldn't print it.

Owen notes that he received a long and interesting letter from Colonel E Brand. He concludes the letter by saying he is busy and in good health.
