Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter telling Rigby he hopes he arrived home safely. Owen then gives Rigby instructions for sending packages to various persons in Liverpool.

Owen goes on to tell Rigby that he should become a member [of what he does not say] and be present in Liverpool to watch the proceedings if Owen cannot attend.

Owen asks Rigby to send a copy of the New Existence to John Fitzpatrick. Owen says Fitzpatrick has written the Life of Lord Cloncurry.
