Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter which opens with Owen complaining of the positioning of his advertisement in the Telegraph.

Owen goes on to state he is happy that [William] Pare is assisting the cause and hope that he will continue to do so after the 20th May. Owen gives Rigby several duties regarding the printing, distribution and advertsiement of Owen's Proclamation.

Owen ends the letter by complaining of a claim that he does nothing for the people. Owen argues that he has done much for them but the people do nothing.
