Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter giving Rigby instructions for delivering parcels of his publications to various dignitaries.

Owen tells Rigby not to mind potential friends or foes to their views as he aims to make friends of all ultimately. Owen believes that the Lord Derby administration will address his views. He says he intends to take the bull by the horns regardless of if it toples him.

Owen concludes by saying he will soon require a second parcel of vol 1 of his autobiography from Mr Cotter.
