Manuscript letter informing Rigby that he has just sent a manuscript to the printers of the introduction to the 3rd edition of the report. He says that he means to call a meeting of the Friends to an immediate introduction of the millenium on the 1st of May. He asks Rigby to check the meeting hall is not in use on that day and if it is to arrange another suitable day.
Owen goes on to say that as soon as the publications are ready he wants Rigby to send copies to Mr Frederick Hockley and Mr Atkins.
