Letter from Arthur Bromiley to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter enquiring what the committee [of the Co-operative League] intends to do to form a similar organisation in the North West. Bromiley feels that the best way forward is to hold a public meeting in Manchester but he fears that it would be difficult to find proper men locally to take part. He request that a deputation be sent from London and offers his services in organising the meeting.
