Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter. The letter to Rigby is written on the back of a letter from John Bussey to Robert Owen. Owen informs Rigby that he received the letter yesterday. The letter concerns some papers which Bussey gave to Owen whilst in New York in 1844 and now would like back. Owen tells Rigby he does not recollect the papers and asks him if he knows anything of them.

Owen concludes by asking Rigby to cancel his subscription to The Leader.
