Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter. Owen begins be informing Rigby where he wishes copies of his Gazette to be sent. Owen goes on to say he has sent an address and memorial to the Queen [of Great Britain] and the King of the Belgians.

Owen informs Rigby that he has received another note from Sir Benjamin Hall saying that he will present Owen's petition.

Owen concludes the letter by saying his hearing has impoved but his sight is still bad.
