Manuscript letter informing Rigby that if the Council [of the Co-operative League] meets on Tuesday in sufficient force it will transact the ordinary business which, as Rigby is Assistant Secretary, he should prepare. Neale, however, feels the meeting won't be quorum. He goes on to suggest that they may need to change the day of future meetings.
Neale says he is considering drawing up a digest of his paper in the form of a preface to the constitution.
Neale closes the letter by saying he is pleased to hear that Mr Nodal says that the Co-operative League is getting attention in Manchester.
