Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Scope and Content

Manuscript letter. Owen begins the letter by saying he hasn't heard from Rigby for days and wonders if he is in the spirit spheres and hope he isn't over exerting himself.

Owen says he will be in London on Tuesday and wishes to meet those that have an interest in the affair of Mr Baumes before he meets with Mr Tyme. Owen says he has been studying his [Tyme's] proposals and has tried to simplify them.

Owen concludes by saying that he wants Mr Cobden to have the two reports of the meetings made up for America.
