Manuscript letter expressing his sadness over Robert Owen's illness. Pare goes on to say that he is concerned that Owen intends to settle down in Newtown as he feels he will be too far away from his friends there. He says that it is unlikely that Mrs Dugden will be able to leave London to go to Newtown in the next few days. Pare ends by saying he will be in London in two or three weeks and he hopes to see Owen there.
