Manuscript letter concerning arrangments for sending a copy of No.3 Gazette to Owen's son Robert in Malta. Owen goes on to say that he feels day by day [William] Pare is of no use to their cause. Owen says he will be in London in early May but at the moment he needs to prepare a Proclamation. Owen ends the letter by saying his advertisement has not yet appeared in the Daily Telegraph.
