Letter from Robert Owen to James Rigby

Manuscript letter which Owen begins by saying that he has nothing to forgive [Pierre] Baume for and tells Rigby to inform him this.

Owen goes onto say that Lord Goderich has written to him to say that he will present his petition [ROC/17/20/1]. Owen tells Rigby to call on Goderich with the proof of the report. Owen says he must have another meeting regarding the petition that the two houses passed.

Owen concludes by saying that he approves of Rigby's selection of papers for insertion in the report.
