Manuscript letter. The letter starts by requesting clarification of the price of the Transactions. He believes that he has been paying the cost of a non-subscriber rather than that of a subscriber. He then goes on to praise the Transactions.
The letter goes on to say that he has had correspondence with Mr Bromiley and it is probable that they will organise a committee here [?] along the lines of the Council of Promoters rather than the Co-operative League as there is more necessity for practical efforts.
The letter is incomplete.
