Manuscript letter relating to the printing and circulation of Owen's publications. Owen begins the letter by thanking Rigby for his account of his conversation at the Post Office. Owen then goes on to say that he is thinking of making all of his future publications under the general title of Millenium or the Future Exertion of Man upon the Earth. Owen goes on to discuss the printing, delivery and distribution of his publications.
