Dominant colour of design: Castle Grey BS8089. Additional info: on front '454; 460; 461; 462; 465; No.61' and on reverse all sketches carry Pierre Langlade's 'PL' monogram and are dated '1863'; there is also some illegible handwriting, most likely French. Given that Langlade worked for Henry Widnell & Stewart it is safe to assume that these designs came originally from their design archive.
