Report of the board of management of the Liverpool Hebrew Educational Institution and Endowed Schools, 1893; a letter signed by David Jacobs, chairman, and Hyman Moses, secretary of the Liverpool New Hebrew Congregation, referring to deeds relating to the burial ground in Green Lane, 1887; extract from Some accounts of the Royal Institution School, Liverpool by A.T.Brown (second edition, 1927) containing a special report on J.H.Sylvester, a mathematician, the son of Abraham Joseph of Liverpool; third and fifth annual reports of the Board of Guardians for the Relief of the Jewish Poor of Liverpool, 1878-80; letter from Samuel Garfenkle to A.Hoffnung on the attitude of the Jewish poor to the new Princes Street Synagogue, 1874; printed notice in Yiddish and English to the Liverpool tailors' machinists and pressers to attend a public meeting on 5 May; reprint of `Three lovers of Zion', 1970; inaugural address of M.Kaizer, headmaster, to the Association of Old Boys of Liverpool Hebrew Schools, 1903.
