Carey Blyton Collection

Scope and Content

A collection of around 75 autograph manuscripts of compositions by the composer Carey Blyton (1932-2002), most of which are unpublished. Blyton was a student at Trinity College of Music, winning the Granville Bantock Prize for composition. He later returned as a professor of harmony, counterpoint and orchestration.
