PROPERTY: The Manor House and park of

Watlington, with lands attached, the

Bailiwick, tolls and profits of the

fairs and markets held there, the market

house of Watlington, the right of

nomination of boys to the free school

there, Christmas Farm (alias Sheppards),

woods and fields there (specified), the

Rectory of Watlington, with tithes and

glebe land, and other (specified) lands

in Watlington, the Manor of Hampton

Poyle, the Manor house there, and

(specified) fields and mills there and

in Hampton Gay.

COMMENTS: The original of this deed may

be found at SL11/3/1D/1 (papers of Glyn

Mills and Co.), which show that the

Release accompanying it (which is

SL11/3/1D/2) was John Tilson's Marriage

Settlement.
