Scope and Content

Faded black and white photograph of a the Prince of Wales [Edward, Prince of Wales later Edward VIII, a young man wearing army uniform walking in what seems to be a field [in Cardiff]. He is in the left of the picture, taken from quite close up, slightly out of focus. Brownish in tone with high contrast between light and dark due to over exposure, pasted onto a page in the album, with a manuscript caption on the bottom white edge.

Physical Characteristics and/or Technical Requirements

Fair condition. Yellowed, abrasion right edge. Production method: gelatin-silver print.
