This report is a review of the experiences of many paediatricians in relation to complaints arising from child protection work. The aim of this document is to describe how paediatricians felt on receiving such a complaint and how they dealt with this. The report also offers recommendations on how to minimise the risk of complaints and handle better those complaints that are inevitable.
