Scope and Content

Comprises of calling notices, summary minutes and notes of meetings of the Finance Group for the academic year of 1992/1993. Also includes papers tabled at Finance Group meetings, including budgets and budget updates; cashflow reports; student demographics and statistics; Print Studio accounts; memo regarding legality of AA subsiduary companies.

Arrangement

Material is housed within an archival envelope which is arranged using the AA Secretary's notation system, which is usually written on the top right hand corner of each item. The notation system begins with an abbreviation of 'Financial Group', followed by the academic year and item number, eg.: FIN GP 89/90:1.
