Finance Group 1992-93

Scope and Content

Comprises of calling notices, summary minutes and notes of meetings of the Finance Group for the academic year of 1992/1993. Also contains papers tabled at Finance Group meetings, including Director's Report and Accounts for year ending 31 July 1992; budgets and budget updates; cashflow reports; student demographics and statistics; statistical mapping of AA turnover, surplus, deficit, etc from 1971/2 - 1992/3; assesment of fee levels for UK students; report and memo to the Finance Group on dilapidations; reports to the Finance Group on Health and Safety, review of AA insurance policies and the AA Staff Benefits Plan.

Arrangement

Material is housed within two archival envelopes which are arranged using the AA Secretary's notation system, which is usually written on the top right hand corner of each item. The notation system begins with an abbreviation of 'Financial Group', followed by the academic year and item number, eg.: FIN GP 89/90:1.
