The original consists of 17 bamboo strips, inscribed in the rencong script in South Sumatran Malay (= Ms. IC 9738). Described in VOHD, 29, 1971, no.4, pp.14-15; the text is transliterated into the Roman script in the same volume at pp.51-2.
