dated 26 October 1995, concerning a memorandum (copy) relating to a shirt once the property of Griffith, third son of Robert Vaughan, Hengwrt, c. 1640-1700, now housed at a museum in Argenton, France. Griffith Vaughan was taken prisoner by a privateer off the Welsh coast and imprisoned in France. Note appears to be in the hand of Sir Robert Williames Vaughan, 1768-1843.
