The Introduction to the Catalogue explains how Cornish and Keble came to know each other. All the letters are in Keble's own hand. In the letters below, Cornish is referred to as HKC and Keble as JK.
Some letters from Keble, which HKC's grandson H.W. Cornish used in some articles published in 1934 (see F3/4 below) were deposited with Corpus Christi College, Oxford. Transcripts (not always complete) of these may be found at F3/4/MS1. In the ensuing list, cross-references are made to these transcripts.
