Scope and Content

Correspondence relating to claims on the Amalgamation's funds following its dissolution. Former members of the Amalgamation who had retired or been made redundant were eligible for shares in the remaining funds. The material in these files relate to (successful) claims from members in Bolton province, Hyde and Bury.
