Building called the Old Copper Works, with a courtyard adjoining, extending from Thomas Pryce's coal bank on the south, the Nant Bwrla (Bwrlais) on the north, the road to Forrest on the west, and to within 10 feet of the low water mark on the east, with liberty to use water from Nant Bwrlais, but with a prohibition from using the site for the smelting of copper or lead (see also lease of the Glamorgan Pottery, Corporation C25 below).
