Letter: [?], Plasgwyn , to Rev. J. Williams, Llanfairynghornwy

Scope and Content

LETTER: [?], Plasgwyn , to Rev. J. Williams, Llanfairynghornwy, saying that if the tenant of Tuthin consents to his taking water rising on her land for the use of the almshouse, he has no objection. He writes that the Rev. William's explanation in reply to the Board of Guardians is perfectly satisfactory but asks two questions about the administration of the charity. Firstly why can't the foeffees enforce regular payment of money to be paid to the pensioners, and secondly why doesn't he entrust the job of collector of the charity to the vicars of the parishes which benefit from the charity?
