Scope and Content

ORDER made by the Charity Commissioners in respect of the charities called Blanch Wynne's Charity, John Williams's Charity and the Parochial School Charity, pa. Llantrisant, and Robert Wynne's Charity, pa. Llantrisant and Pen Mynydd. The order appoints as trustees of the charities the rector and churchwardens of Llantrisant, the archdeacon of Bangor and the heir of the estate of Chwaen Wen. A fourth part of the income of Robert Wynne's Charity is to be paid over every Christmas to the incumbent and churchwardens of Penmynydd to buy food, fuel or other necessaries for the benefit of poor deserving persons resident in Penmynydd. The rest of the money was to be applied to charities in Llantrisant. The income for the charities came from a farm called Engan Chwyth in pa. Bodedern.
