Lists of prices realised and names of purchasers at various library sales, compiled for J.W.K. Eyton, whose initials appear on the flyleaf of MS.Add.5148 and MS.Add.5149.

MS.Add.5148: Lists for library sales between 1814 and 1834, c. 1834, 232 folios. The libraries include those of: (fos 1v-30) Sir Francis Freeling, sale commencing 23 November 1834; (fos 30v-67v) Edward Valpy, commencing 28 June 1832; (fos 68-90v) Joseph Haslewood, commencing 16 December 1833; (fos 91-122v) John Townley, commencing 8 June 1814 and 19 June 1815. Fos 123-232 are blank.

MS.Add.5149: Lists for library sales between 1825 and 1835, c. 1835, 230 folios. The libraries are those of: (fo. 1) G.F.B. Kloss, sale commencing 17 May 1835; (fo. 68) James Boswell, commencing 24 May 1825; (fo. 113) Theodore Williams, commencing 5 and 23 April 1827. Fos 67, 112 and 140-230 are blank.

MS.Add.5150: Lists for library sales in 1843 and 1844, c. 1844, 229 folios. The libraries are those of: (fo. 5) Thomas Jolley, sales commencing 20 February 1843 and (fo. 41) 10 June 1844; (fo. 63) John Morice, commencing 19 June 1844; (fo. 113v) Robert Southey, commencing 8 May 1844. Fos 2-4 and 159-229 are blank.

MS.Add.5151: Lists for sales of libraries collected by the Duke of Sussex, William Upcott, and another unidentified, 1844-1846, 228 folios. Fos 211-228 are blank.

MS.Add.5152: Lists for the sale of the library of B.H. Bright, commencing 3 March 1845, 220 folios. Fos 1, 2 and 112-220 are blank.
