Letter from Frederic Harrison to [William Robinson]

Scope and Content

Written from 1 Southwick Place, Hyde Park Square [London]. Manuscript

He believes he took Robinson’s hat in error from Mrs Vernon Lushington’s on Saturday; the hat he took looks like his own, but in daylight he now sees an address which he finds in the Directory to be Robinson’s; the hats are exactly alike except that Robinson’s is good and his own is old; he will send it over tomorrow

Dated 23 Oct, no year [between 1865 and 1876; Vernon Lushington married in 1865; Frederic Harrison moved from Hyde Park Square in 1876]
