He has been writing his memoirs of the last 50 or 60 years; if Robinson’s helpers would like to use any of it for ‘The Garden’ they are welcome to, otherwise they should throw it away; he now has no belief in himself and therefore no one will be offended; he is in his 84th year and spends his time ‘skulking about at home’ with little disposition for outdoor exertion
