Letter from Guy Fleetwood Wilson [to William Robinson]

Scope and Content

Written from Dees [The Dees], Dormansland, Lingfield [Surrey]. Manuscript

He wishes he could come but he has been in bed for eight days and will be there for at least another two weeks; his buffalo leg [he was wounded by a buffalo in India in 1909] has gone wrong and the pain and inflammation are considerable; he hopes to avoid surgery by resting; he sends good wishes to Robinson and his ‘angel nurse’

Dated Saturday [between 1913 and 1918; Kelly's Directory shows Wilson at this address from 1911 to 1918, however he was in India until 1913]
