Note
Spooky Tooth were an English rock band originally formed in Carlisle in 1967, and principally active between the years 1967 and 1974. The Puzzle were a Manchester band formed in 'Royton' in 1966/7 and later Newton Heath to 1969, the band played at many UK universities and clubs and supported bands like The Who.
